The theme is provided as is with no direct support from the developer. If you need support, please use our community right here (You get access to this when you purchase the template).
Yes, bespoke main school and course landing pages start at €1500 per page (plus tax if applicable). However, we do not provide customization services for this theme or any other theme that may be available at this time.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of providing code, it's not possible to provide a refund. Please ensure that you understand that you are purchasing a self-install theme which will require you to be at least familiar with Teachable's HTML block and understand the very basics of HTML.
You can use this theme and any blocks on any course or page in a single school. If you have a different Teachable school, you should purchase a 2nd (or more) copy of this course for your additional school(s). Since it can sometimes be problematic to purchase multiple copies of a course (unless you use a different email address), please open a support ticket if you wish to do so.
We are still finalizing the documentation for the theme and adding the last few blocks before launching the template. Most lectures and code will not be available immediately upon purchasing the template but you will get access as soon as the code and instructions are available. This is expected to be within the next quarter.
